Work with one of the most respected and innovative service companies in the country. This position will have the opportunity to display creativity, and utilize and develop the available resources to meet the changing needs and goals of the agency and the individual producers. The Director of Training and Client Relations will primarily be responsible for Onboarding new agents, coordinators and lead generators.Including but not limited to:
the delivery of training for sales techniques, technical and non-technical skills for the sale of insurance products and processing of sales; insurance underwriting and carrier requirements; training and monitoring the process and procedure as they support the overall business unit and protection of carrier, industry and agency standards.Job Duties:
Supporting the effective onboarding and retention of new sales agents by creating and executing a supportive and engaging onboarding and training culture. Work with the Sales Manager and General Manager on ongoing design and developing training curriculum and ongoing training modules, as needed. Including the utilization of various forms of training approaches - classroom, one on one, carrier training and assistance, elearning and virtual training solutions. Including written Friday carrier updates as needed. Execute CRM strategies with General Manager and Sales manager on behalf of the sales team. Assist with lead management and distribution. Provide sales coaching and development feedback to agents and supervisors; provide communication training for new and existing agents. Help Sales Manager develop and train on content for agents to use in real estate sales meeting. Facilitate training classes and provide support during business hours. Coordinate training needs for pre and post training performance goals and improvement with sales manager. Coordinate with sales manager to recommend strategies and solutions to job performance.Experience and Competencies:
