About the Program New York Life's Accelerated Path to Sales Management is a structured path to leadership, designed for experienced professionals ready to build a financial services practice and move into management. With proven training, a Fortune 100 brand, and clear promotion milestones, ramping to $150K-$250K+ in 2-3 years is realistic. Hybrid Work Structure 3 days remote, 2 days in-office at our Wayne, PA hub (after initial training period) - Office is in the Wayne/Radnor area of the Main Line. Candidates must be within commuting distance What We're Looking For This is not entry-level.
Strong candidates bring:
3-5+ years of success in sales, business ownership, or client-facing leadership. 2+ years of direct management experience with direct reports. Commitment to building a long-term career in financial services.
