The Corporate Director of Education reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for the oversight of academic departments across seven (7) campuses. The Corporate Director of Education will monitor and enforce all attendance policies and procedures and develop programs that will identify potential at-risk students for coaching and advising assistance. The Corporate Director of Education will also assist in implementing and updating the Campus Effectiveness Plan. The Corporate Director of Education must have excellent supervisory, organizational and training skills as well as excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred, Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Director of Education Must have experience working with various academic terms including quarter base and modular terms. Must be experienced with on-ground, online and hybrid delivery. Experience with CampusVue, Anthology Student, and Canvas strongly preferred Experience with ACCSC accreditation preferred.
