This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, upskilling existing staff, and ensuring consistent standards through on-the-ground training. You will travel to different Costco stores to deliver hands-on training, audit performance, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities On-Site Training:

Travel to assigned locations (up to 80% travel) to conduct in-person training, new hire onboarding, and refresher training sessions.

Operational Excellence:

Coach staff to ensure adherence to company SOPs.

Onboarding & Development:

Deliver training and mentorship for field teams on best practices and workmanship standards, tailored to the specific needs of the location.

Material Development:

Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to ensure content remains current and effective.

Collaboration:

Partner with Director of Marketing and Sales and Director of Operations to identify training needs and align training initiatives with STG goals.

Qualifications Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or field training management, with a proven track record of training and development.

Travel Capability:

Must be willing and able to travel frequently (overnight stays required).

Skills:

Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills and ability to engage a diverse audience.

Driving/Tech:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
