The Manager, EVOQUE Sales Training, TMTT ( SME ) will develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training. This role is open to US based remote candidates
  • You'll make an impact by:
  • Develop and lead the execution of clinical and technical sales training programs, including lab-based and case-based training.
  • Own execution of Clinical and/or Imaging Specialist training, including sign-off on for clinical certification.
  • Create and contribute to training efforts, including content development, for further development of the new hire field training program
  • Measure effectiveness of programs through post-meeting survey instruments, field feedback and KOL review, develop plan to address concerns, and lead the implementation of solutions
  • Provide SME support for cases
  • Collaborate with management team to ensure training objectives are met with consistency and in compliance with the sales training strategy What you'll need (required):
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, plus 8 years of previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria OR
  • Master's Degree in related field, plus 6 years previous related medical device and/or clinical experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria
  • Ability to travel up to 50% What else we look for (preferred):
  • Previous Structural Heart exp
  • Prior successful experience as a trainer in clinical and/or sales role
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to conceive, develop and implement training and field adoption strategies, convert these into tactical roll-out plans and deliver results with a specific emphasis on market strategy and new product launches.
