The Talent Development Coach (TDC) is responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and management of all new hire and ongoing training programs for Team D&M. This role partners closely with firm leadership and departments to identify training needs, enhance employee performance, and drive engagement across the organization. The TDC plays a critical role in building a culture of continuous learning by developing training content, managing the firm's learning platforms, and ensuring employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
The Talent Development Coach is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing onboarding and ongoing training programs for all support staff and departments. This includes collaborating with leadership to assess individual, departmental, and firm-wide training needs, as well as creating and managing training calendars and course delivery schedules. The TDC will facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions. Operational Systems Knowledge:
The TDC will maintain a strong working knowledge of the firm's operational systems, including SmartAdvocate andEvenUp,in order toeffectively develop relevant training content and support team proficiency across platforms. Content Development & Knowledge Sharing:
The Talent Development Coach will assist with content creation and management for the firm's SharePoint portal and develop training materials, guides, and resources for employees. This role also includes delegating course creation when appropriate and gathering feedback to evaluate and improve training effectiveness. Communication & Collaboration:
The TDC will conduct regular meetings with leadership to review training progress, priorities, andresults, and partner with department leads to continuously assess and refine training needs across the firm. Qualifications:
Experience in training, coaching, talent development, or related field preferred Familiarity with legal case management systems (SmartAdvocate a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and staff at all levels Schedule:
Hybrid/Remote Pay Range:
$60,000-$65,000/annually Benefits:
