Job DescriptionIn this Business Solutions Manager role, you will provide leadership and oversight for employer engagement, workforce development initiatives, business services, and community partnerships. You will be responsible for leading the Business Solutions Team, developing strategies that connect businesses with qualified talent, and ensuring workforce programs meet the needs of employers and job seekers throughout the region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for key business, workforce, and community stakeholders while supporting regional economic growth and workforce development objectives.

In this role you willLead and supervise the Business Solutions Team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with employers, community organizations, educational institutions, and economic development partners.

Oversee employer outreach activities and develop strategies to increase employer engagement and utilization of workforce services.

Monitor labor market trends and business needs to develop workforce solutions that support regional growth.

Oversee the administration of Incumbent Worker Training (IWT), Work Experience (WEX), and other employer-based workforce initiatives.

Ensure compliance with workforce policies, grant requirements, contracts, and performance measures.

Lead planning and execution of regional job fairs, hiring events, employer forums, and workforce outreach activities.

Facilitate collaboration among Business Solutions staff, Career Advisors, Program Managers, and community partners to maximize customer outcomes.

Analyze program performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to achieve operational and contractual goals.

Represent the organization at community meetings, business events, workforce development initiatives, and stakeholder functions.

Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceThree to five years in workforce development or related business support modelProven track record of building and maintaining business partnershipsStrong business acumen in assuring efficient and effective operations with the proven ability to apply innovative and strategic thinking skills, proven supervisory skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
