Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Capacity Building Quality Improvement Manager ensures compliance with the RPIC project and associated contract deliverables. This role involves facilitating work activities under the grant, including curriculum development, training, technical assistance, and fostering community and state partnerships. The individual will be key in addressing emerging issues, training needs, and building the network's capacity to better serve vulnerable populations.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Deliverables:
Ensure compliance with RPIC project requirements and associated contract deliverables.
Curriculum & Training:
Participate in developing curriculum, training programs, and technical assistance and facilitate workgroups.
Partnership Cultivation:
Maintain ongoing communication and cultivate partnerships at the community and state levels.
Facilitation & Convening:
Facilitate and convene round tables, plenary sessions, and workshops addressing trends and training needs in CSBG Organizational Standards, ROMA/ROMA Next Generation, board governance, risk management, and budget development.
Monthly Newsletter:
Oversee the development and dissemination of the monthly newsletter, The HUB , to the South Carolina CAA network.
RPIC Communication:
Attend monthly RPIC calls and regularly communicate with the RPIC Lead.
Collaboration & Outreach:
Support and cultivate collaborative workgroups, poverty webinars, simulations, and statewide outreach efforts to raise awareness and provide specialized training to the network.
Achieve Objectives:
Ensure the successful implementation of the following objectives: Service Delivery Models, Strategies, and Partnerships Building Knowledge, Capacity, and Ability for Effective Program Implementation Regional Activities to Address Collaboration, Capacity Building, Quality Improvement, and T/TA Needs Relationship-Building with CSBG State Lead Agencies Regional CSBG Performance Management Framework Efforts Storytelling and Messaging to
Demonstrate Collective Impact Grant Goals:
