This leadership role is responsible for onboarding new hires, coordinating ongoing and remedial training, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing driver qualification records, and ensuring safe, efficient public transportation operations. The position also manages the Route Training and Evaluation Program and supports compliance with CDL and Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) requirements. A Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire) is required.
