Training Staff

To provide and introduce new skills and knowledge to new and current employees. The overall objective is to conduct seminars and lectures efficiently. Duties and responsibilities Oversee and schedule classes (Courses, Seminars) Maintain open communication with management regarding training outcomes and employee development. Monitor and evaluate employee performance and adherence to company procedures post-training. Conduct needs assessments using surveys, interviews, performance metrics, and collaboration with department leaders. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate engaging training sessions, including new hire onboarding, skill development workshops, and refresher courses. Utilize various instructional methods such as lectures, simulations, role-playing, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations. Obtain and organize training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. Track and report on training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs. Provide one-on-one coaching or support as needed to reinforce key concepts. Develop and reach strategic company-aligned goals. Miscellanous Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
