This role is designed for a coach who understands that player development goes beyond hitting mechanics. Our athletes need to move better, understand their bodies, improve their athletic foundation, and connect movement quality to on-field performance. The Director of Body Movement will be responsible for creating and leading movement-based training sessions, conducting athlete assessments, building individualized training plans, and working closely with hitting instructors to support each athlete's overall development. Responsibilities include leading warm-ups, mobility work, movement prep, corrective exercises, athlete movement assessments, progress tracking, program development, and collaboration with other coaches. The Director of Body Movement will also help create seasonal and year-round training progressions for athletes of different ages and skill levels. We are looking for someone who is professional, organized, energetic, and passionate about helping athletes become their best version of themselves.
