Training & Development Manager, Virginia An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Training & Development Manager at a prestigious luxury resort in beautiful Washington, Virginia. In this role, you will oversee and manage all property-wide training initiatives, including Forbes standards, Michelin-level service culture, Relais & Châteaux brand requirements, and New Hire Orientation programs. You will also design and implement customized training programs as needed to support operational excellence. This position will play a key role in supporting new restaurants, spa, pool, and warehouse opening projects, ensuring teams are fully prepared and aligned with brand and service standards. You will partner closely with department leaders to develop onboarding programs, leadership development plans, and business performance goals. This Forbes Five-Star resort features a Michelin-starred restaurant and stunning grounds, offering a truly elevated hospitality experience.
