Triumphant Ventures is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service & Sales Representative position in Costcos specializing in working with car keys & fobs .. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and grow within a thriving industry. About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate with us , you will receive comprehensive paid training on everything from basic sales and customer service to mastering key cutting, programming, and troubleshooting . This physically active role involves working directly with vehicles and customers , providing a rewarding experience for proactive and dependable individuals. Training and Development Paid, comprehensive hands-on training in technical skills, sales, and customer service. Develop problem-solving abilities for automotive key issues. Learn effective sales techniques and customer engagement. Multiple avenues for growth into management roles Key Responsibilities Learn and perform precision key cutting, duplication, and programming of car key fobs. Troubleshoot and resolve key-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with customer acquisition, sales processing, and closing deals. Maintain accurate records of production, sales, and inventory in our client portal. Perform physical tasks such as testing keys and retrieving VIN numbers to support customer needs. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Customer service experience Managerial experience preferred, but not required Able to handle physical demands such as, but not limited to, standing for long hours, getting in & out of cars for VIN retrieval & key testing, in and out of the van, etc. Self-motivated, organized, and proactive with strong time management skills.
