Job Goal:
To provide leadership and support for district staff development events.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED. 2. Ability to utilize positive human relations skills. 3. Must be proficient in technology systems. 4. Preferred experience with planning/organizational logistics. 5. Must be proficient in verbal and written communication skills. 6. Ability to work flexible hours on evenings/weekends. 7. Ability to live and work effectively in a cross-cultural, rural Alaskan environment. 8. Maintain an organized office environment. 9. Ability to carry out duties described below.
Duties:
1. Assist in planning and coordinating staff development events. 2. Assume lead role in providing logistical support for staff development events. 3. Will be required to perform duties during weekends & evenings. 4. Develop & maintain comprehensive staff development plan. 5. Provide publicity and communications to staff members. 6. Maintain accurate training records. 7. Coordinates and arranges travel logistics for staff. 8. Manage billing and communications for Career Ladder Students. 9. Liaison between UAF/KUC and Career Ladder (TEACH) students. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
