Job Summary:
The Training Specialist plans, organizes, directs, and conducts specialized training requirements for a college, department, or division.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of creating and/or facilitating training experience; OR master's degree and some creating and/or facilitating training experience.
Skills and Knowledge:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language. Facilitation and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline 360. Experience designing or delivering training in a higher education setting. Experience developing instructor-led and eLearning content.
