Job Description

ROCOH is currently taking applications for our Training Coordinator position. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and has experience with training programs who is ready to be a part of the ROCOH team! ROCOH provides a wide array of services for persons who have developmental disabilities in southwest Arkansas. TRAINING COORDINATOR
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm (40 hours FLEX) •Some evenings/weekends required. Responsible for planning, organizing, creating, and overseeing the organization's training and development programs. Assessing organizational needs, managing training logistics, facilitate trainings, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure each employee has the skills required to achieve the organization's goals. Overall, ensuring the organization's employees remain skilled, engaged, and compliant with industry standards. Conducting drug and alcohol screenings following DOT (FMSCA) standards. Education and/or
Experience:
1. Two years of college, preferred. 2. Two years' experience working in the field of Human Resources, preferred. 3. Two years' experience working in the field of disabilities.
Performance Skills:
1. Effective organizational skills. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Language Skills:
1. Competent and grammatically correct use of the English language.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration:
1. Valid Driver's License (at time of hire date) 2. CPI Trainer Certificate (timeframe to receive cert. determined after hire date) 3. American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED instructor Certificate (within 90 days of hire date) 4. DOT Drug & Alcohol Screening Certification (within 90 days of hire date)
Language Skills:
Competent and grammatically correct use of the English language.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
