Position Overview Train Production Associates in manufacturing processes as a qualified trainer, maintain assigned training records, submit training materials in according with the quality system, and support production and the training team as required.
Job duties:
Perform basic new hire introduction to the production line, area, and systems. Work with Production Training team to obtain training records required to complete process training. Follow manufacturing instructions to assemble product, record data, and maintain a safe work area. Provide operational training to Production Assemblers, including the use of released process instructions, materials, equipment, systems, and tooling. Keep training records and training requests up to date. Work independently with minimal direction. Responsible for learning and maintaining knowledge and skills to perform majority of the manufacturing processes. Support the production line during periods when no training tasks are assigned. Partner with production and training leadership to identify training needs and prioritize skill development. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to training methods, documentation, and execution. Efficiently convey knowledge, deliver effective training, and provide information to Supervisors regarding production issues and training progress. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adheres to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.
