DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
  • Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
  • Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
REQUIREMENTS
  • MINIMUM of 6 months previous property management experience or related industry
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities

Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
