- Assist in all aspects of leasing including, but not limited to; touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, call backs.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
- Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
- Receive and process necessary paperwork such as, move in/move out paperwork, rent charges, eviction notices, and collections.
REQUIREMENTS
- MINIMUM of 6 months previous property management experience or related industry
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
