About the Role Join our fast growing team as a GenAI Quality Training Specialist where you'll directly shape the capabilities of our on-site contributor workforce. This is a hands on training role unlike typical corporate L&D; you'll be embedded in our operations, designing curriculum, delivering live training, and coaching contributors who perform cutting edge generative AI quality evaluation work. What You'll Do Design & develop comprehensive training programs for GenAI quality methodologies: Multimodal Evaluation, Data Annotation, RLHF, Red Teaming, and SFT/CoT Deliver live training including onboarding, methodology deep dives, hands on labs, and real time coaching Create training materials (manuals, assessments, video tutorials, example libraries) across 5+ specialized domains Drive performance improvement by analyzing quality metrics, identifying skill gaps, and designing targeted interventions Facilitate calibration sessions where contributors align on guidelines and resolve ambiguous cases Partner with quality leadership to ensure training directly impacts program KPIs and contributor excellence
Who You Are:
2-4 years of training, instructional design, or L&D experience in technical/data operations fields Strong understanding of adult learning principles and hands on facilitation Familiarity with 2-3 of: Data Annotation, Multimodal Evaluation, RLHF, Red Teaming, or quality assurance work Knowledge of GenAI systems and quality evaluation frameworks Excellent communication & coaching skills, you engage diverse groups and adapt to different learning styles Data fluency: comfortable interpreting quality metrics and using performance data to inform training Hands on mindset: willing to get into contributor work to understand challenges and innovate solutions Comfortable with fast paced, evolving environments and proactive problem solving Why You'll Love This Real impact: see training effectiveness immediately reflected in contributor quality metrics
