Full Job Description Job Title:
Franchise Business Coach and Trainer - QSR The Franchise Business Coach/Trainer drives regional sales and profitability for a national Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) brand. This field-based role ensures franchise owners maximize financial returns while strictly maintaining fast, accurate, and consistent operational standards.
Core Responsibilities Drive QSR Profitability:
Analyze restaurant performance metrics with franchisees to optimize profits by reviewing various initiatives to drive sales and profits.
Protect Brand Standards:
Conduct strict, routine evaluations focusing on speed-of-service, food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.
Launch National Initiatives:
Lead the market-level rollout of national marketing campaigns, digital ordering tech, and limited-time promotions. Become the brand champion to understand data and help Franchisees understand the reasoning.
Coach Speed & Efficiency & Upsells:
Train franchise management on high-volume QSR deployment, kitchen line staging, and peak-hour bottlenecks.
Influence Without Authority:
Build strong partnerships with multi-unit franchisees to gain buy-in for corporate compliance and operational upgrades.
Franchisee Relations:
Build strong relationship with Franchisees and help implement key initiatives in the restaurant set.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
3+ years in multi-unit QSR management, corporate training, or franchise field operations.
QSR Metrics Mastery:
Deep knowledge of restaurants operations including but not limited to food safety, product quality, restaurant cleanliness, environment, guest experience, scheduling, food ordering, financials.
Tech:
Understand restaurant POS systems
Financial Literacy:
Ability to diagnose financial leakage in high-volume, low-margin food service operations.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic territory to conduct hands-on store visits. This is a field position so majority of the time is spent visiting restaurants.
Pay:
$55,799.93 - $85,000.00 per year
