This skilled and motivated individual will help with the creation and coordination of the new hire training program, helping with content creation, delivery of said content, project coordination, and be the liaison with the field service team. What You'll Do Effectively/enthusiastically deliver equipment-specific training toFieldTechnicians and Engineers in classroom and field settings using a variety of presentation formats including Instructor-Led, Facilitative group learning, active hands-on learning, and functional assessments Provide comprehensive schedule management and tracking oflearners'completed and required training in the Tesla-specific Learning Management software system Work cross-functionally with the Training Systems and Development team to manage content storage andidentifyand trackmeasures-of-successmetrics Support development ofhigh-quality, engaging technical content and lab exercises on a wide variety of applications (basic and advanced) in concert with process SMEs What You'll Bring Strongsafety first,interpersonal,andcommunicationskillsto deliver training andcollaborateclosed loop learningswithvarietyof team members Practical experience in industrial technical maintenance/engineering applications Strong ability to work and communicate effectively with team and peers within the Training, Maintenance, and Engineering organizations Strong analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with hardware, tools, instruments, and methods applicable to field service procedures
