Part-Time 12•20 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends) We're hiring a part time Spray Tan Specialist at our Flagship goGLOW salon in Long Beach, CA! This is a client-facing sales position for someone that is friendly, adaptable, professional and detail-oriented. Maybe you're a hostess, server, or retail associate who naturally welcomes people with a smile and creates a positive, memorable experience from the moment they walk in. At goGLOW, we're looking for team members who are confident, polished, and excited to help guests feel their best—while also recommending services, memberships, and products that enhance their results. No prior spray tan experience needed•we'll train you the goGLOW way. You'll learn how to deliver flawless tans, participate in offsite marketing events and educate clients on how to best nourish their skin with our goGLOW product line. Responsibilities Perform custom spray tans using goGLOW's signature techniques and products Deliver exceptional customer service Follow all policies and procedures set forth by ownership and promoted by Lead Spray Specialist Complete all onboarding lessons, training, and developments according to goGLOW standards Execute spray tans according to brand standards, quality and consistency Open and close salon; adhere to checklist procedures Perform day-to-day salon operations during shifts (i.e. performing sprays and or "down time duties") Build client relationships, upsell products according to goGLOW expectations, and drive return visits from clientele Maintain a clean, professional appearance (per goGLOW dress code) and salon environment Participate in marketing events/efforts implemented by ownership and or Lead Spray Specialist's direction Perform client follow up via internet and or direct phone calls Must be open to variable shifts (i.e. shortened shifts) Qualifications Can provide exceptional customer service and achieve weekly sales goals Prior experience within the beauty industry a plus Exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering flawless results Comfortable being part of a team; committed to being a positive team player Consistently exemplify an attitude of warmth, kindness and professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be punctual, flexible and reliable Must be able to lift 50 lbs Perks Opportunity for career advancement Commission, tips and bonus opportunities Complimentary spray tans Flexible schedule
