Our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) is accredited by top fitness organizations, ensuring a world-class experience for both our clients and team members. As a Flexologist , your role will be to deliver personalized assisted stretching sessions, helping clients improve mobility, prevent injuries, and enhance their quality of life. You'll guide clients through stretches, explaining their benefits, and provide valuable insights into their mobility. You will work in a flexible, supportive, and uplifting environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to clients Educate clients on stretching techniques, mobility, and posture Personalize stretching routines based on individual needs Assist in building memberships and improving client retention Ensure client safety by applying proper stretching techniques and adhering to StretchLab policies Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education Maintain a clean and organized studio, ensuring equipment is always ready for client use
Qualifications:
Certification and/or degree from a nationally accredited organization in any of the following areas: Personal Training, Athletic Training, or Sports Performance Coaching Massage Therapy Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistance Yoga or Pilates Instruction Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or Corrective Exercise OR previous experience as a collegiate or professional athlete with a strong understanding of anatomy (exceptions may apply)

Availability:
Shifts typically range from 5-6 hours, with weekend availability required
