TWO CAREER PATHS AGENCY PRODUCER

Join an established Farmers agency and build your career in insurance sales. You'll work directly with customers, generate new business, develop relationships and help grow the agency. This can be a great fit for someone who enjoys sales and earning based on performance but isn't necessarily looking to own an agency. PROTÉGÉ PROGRAM Interested in eventually running your own business? The Farmers Protégé Program provides hands-on experience and development designed to help qualified candidates build the skills necessary to potentially pursue Farmers agency ownership . You'll gain experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, retention and agency operations while receiving coaching and mentorship.
