The opportunity Our Bay Area region is growing fast, and we're looking for a hands-on Sales Trainer with 2 core responsibilities: training our new sales reps, and developing them in the field after training until they close consistently. You'll run our established training program, then coach your reps through their first months and help them win deals. You'll work directly with site leadership, with a clear path into sales leadership as the region and the company grow. What you'll own Sales training Run our onboarding training program for new sales reps, classroom and field, using our established sales system Deliver ongoing refresher training to sharpen skills and reinforce best practices Field coaching Coach reps one-on-one on their in-home presentations Provide real-time support to reps and be available when reps need backup, including evening appointments Performance monitoring Conduct ongoing monitoring of each and every rep using our sales performance tools

• track their results after training, spot the gaps, and work them individually until they close consistently Deliver timely, actionable feedback to reps and flag early concerns to leadership What we're looking for Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home, one-call-close sales experience, closing at an above-average level Experience training, coaching, or mentoring newer reps
• in the field and in the classroom

• effective one-on-one and in front of a room Compensation $100,000
• $115,000 base + Uncapped Performance Bonuses $130,000
• $190,000+ potential yearly earnings, with bonuses tied to the sales results of the reps you train and develop.
