Job Description:

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ontario, CA, for an Insurance Trainer. The Insurance Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees, monitoring progress and performance, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. The role includes creating learning materials, conducting skills assessments, and ensuring team members stay updated on industry regulations and company standards. This position also involves providing ongoing coaching and support to help improve individual and team results.

Qualifications Training Development and Delivery:

Expertise in designing, organizing, and conducting training sessions and workshops.

Insurance Knowledge:

Understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.

Communication Skills:

Strong ability to convey concepts effectively, both in verbal and written formats.

Coaching and Performance Improvement:

Skills in mentoring, providing constructive feedback, and helping team members grow.

Organizational and Time Management Skills:

Capability to manage multiple training sessions and documentation simultaneously.

Known software skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other training-related software and platforms is preferred. Experience in the insurance industry and prior experience in training or teaching roles
