What You'll Do:
Produce technical training videos Script, record, and edit e-learning videos that walk learners through product capabilities, configuration options, best practices, and real-world use cases. Design technical training slides Build polished, on-brand presentation decks for instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and SME events. Leverage AI tools for content generation and polish. Build test scenario labs Collaborate with SMEs to design and test hands-on lab environments and exercises that let learners practice real configurations, troubleshoot issues, and validate their skills in a safe training environment Support certification programs Create content that supports certification tracks and helps learners prepare for and pass technical assessments Collaborate cross-functionally Partner with product managers, product marketing, solutions engineers, sales enablement, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance Iterate based on feedback Use learner feedback, completion data, and stakeholder input to continuously improve content quality and effectivenessWhat You'll Bring:
2-4+ years of experience creating technical training content — videos, slides, e-learning modules, and instructor-led curriculum Experience with hands-on labs or test scenarios for technical products (not just conceptual/theoretical training) Comfort with video production and editing tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, or similar) Strong skills in presentation design (PowerPoint or similar) with an eye for clear visual communication of technical concepts Ability to translate complex technical material into content that's accessible to varied audiences — from technical practitioners to non-technical stakeholders Instructional design skills — you can structure a learning plan, not just produce assets Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple content projects simultaneously Nice to Have Background or hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) Familiarity with concepts like least privilege, Zero Trust, just-in-time (JIT) access, session monitoring, or lateral movement/privilege escalation Experience supporting certification program development (content, labs) Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Adobe, Camtasia, or similar platforms) Prior experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company's training/enablement function Why Join Us You'll have the opportunity to shape how customers and partners learn one of the industry's most important security disciplines — privileged access and identity security — at a time when the threat landscape (agentic AI, non-human identity sprawl, credential-based attacks) makes this training more critical than ever.
