Job Description

Technical Course Development Trainer San Jose, CA Region Overview:
Our client, a leader in digital imaging solutions, is looking for a Technical Course Development Trainer to provide training on industrial products, specifically photolithography equipment. The role is based in the San Jose, CA area and involves developing and delivering technical training materials.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training on Photolithography products for users. Deliver classroom and laboratory training on Canon photolithography equipment for internal and external customers. Create new technical materials and lesson plans for training. Update existing technical materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with customers and team members to implement training and maintain equipment. Verify technical procedures to support field technicians and customer needs. Give presentations on technical topics and participate in knowledge-sharing activities. Engage with customers to understand training needs and gather feedback on programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of related work experience Knowledge of semiconductor equipment and maintenance preferred Experience as a technical trainer is a plus Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work flexible shifts This full-time position offers a salary range of $80,000-90,000, plus bonus and benefits from day one.
