Dolphin Water, a 40-year established Orange County company, is expanding our Permanent Clean Water™ Program and selectively hiring 3-4 managers to build and lead structured field teams. Our exciting, no pressure product presentation normally closes 2 sales out of every 5 appointments. We test residential water and enroll qualified homeowners into Permanent Clean Water™ — clean water from every faucet for life, without adding to their household budget. We train our team how to access an unlimited amount of qualified prospects through our successful door to door canvassing program. We schedule 2-3 appointments out of every 10 qualified homeowners you speak to by offering free water tests. Our proprietary referral program generates a tremendous amount of leads from satisfied customers and substantially reduces the need for canvassing within 4-6 weeks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record for recruiting, training, coaching, motivating direct sales reps. Industry Specific experience not necessary. Full paid training will be provided. Candidates with previous direct sales experience such as alarm, pest control, cable, solar, door to door appointment setting for home improvement, etc. are preferred and will do exceptionally well in our industry.

COMPENSATION

$10--$15K per month with base salary, commission, and overrides. Please send resume.
