Mamas Cleaning Crew

Bilingual Training & Employee Experience Coordinator

Job Description

Help Us Build Great People, Not Just a Great Cleaning Company Mama's Cleaning Crew is a growing Orange County cleaning company built around one simple belief: great client experiences start with great employees. We're looking for a warm, confident and highly organized Bilingual Training & Employee Experience Coordinator who loves helping people succeed. This is not a traditional desk-based HR position . You'll work directly with our employees throughout their journey with Mama's—from recruiting and onboarding to hands-on training, coaching, development and employee experience. Some days you'll be in the office interviewing candidates or welcoming a new employee. Other days you may be in the field observing a technician, demonstrating a cleaning technique, conducting a quality check or helping someone improve their performance. We're looking for someone who can make employees feel supported and valued while still maintaining high standards and accountability. What You'll Do Review and screen candidates for cleaning technician positions. Conduct phone screens and structured interviews in both English and Spanish. Coordinate paid working interviews and candidate follow-up. Help identify candidates who align with MCC's standards and culture. Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation. Introduce new employees to MCC's policies, systems, expectations and company values. Facilitate employee training and hands-on learning. Learn and become certified in Mama's Cleaning Crew's cleaning methods and quality standards. Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques and workflows. Observe technicians in the field and provide constructive coaching. Conduct quality-control checks and identify training gaps. Coordinate retraining when an employee needs additional support. Conduct new-hire and 30/60/90-day employee check-ins. Recognize great performance and celebrate employee accomplishments. Help prepare employee meetings, training refreshers and team-development activities. Build strong relationships with our team while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Identify employee concerns, performance issues or morale problems early and escalate them appropriately. Maintain organized recruiting, onboarding and training records. Help identify employees with future trainer or leadership potential. Cleaning is not a requirement of everyday work! However, because you'll eventually help train and coach our cleaning technicians, you must be willing and physically able to learn Mama's Cleaning Crew's residential cleaning system. You may clean alongside employees while training, demonstrating techniques, evaluating performance, conducting quality checks or providing retraining. We'll teach you the Mama's way before expecting you to teach anyone else. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if: You are fluent in both English and Spanish and can comfortably teach, coach and have workplace conversations in either language. You have experience training, supervising, coaching or developing employees. You genuinely enjoy helping people become better at what they do. You're approachable and employees naturally feel comfortable speaking with you. You can give constructive feedback without making someone feel defeated. You are also comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountable. You're organized and follow through without needing constant reminders. You notice problems and take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do. You're comfortable teaching hands-on skills. You're comfortable working in both an office environment and clients' homes. You thrive in a growing small-business environment where things continue to evolve. You believe a positive workplace can still have high expectations. Required Qualifications Fluent English and Spanish Previous experience training, coaching, supervising or developing employees Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization and follow-through Comfortable providing direct and constructive employee feedback Valid driver's license Reliable personal transportation Ability to travel locally throughout Mama's Cleaning Crew's Orange County service area Ability to perform the physical functions necessary to learn and demonstrate professional residential cleaning Comfortable using computers, mobile apps and learning new software Experience We'd Especially Love to See We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked in: Hotel housekeeping supervision Executive housekeeping Hospitality leadership Residential cleaning supervision or training Employee training Frontline team leadership Recruiting and onboarding Professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is strongly preferred, but your ability to lead, teach, coach and develop people is just as important to us. What Success Looks Like This position isn't successful simply because paperwork gets completed. You'll know you're succeeding when: We're consistently attracting and identifying strong candidates. New employees feel prepared and welcomed on their first day. Technicians understand exactly what is expected of them. New employees are becoming confident and independent in the field. Performance problems are identified and addressed early. Great employees are recognized. Employees receive consistent coaching and support. Our team is staying longer and growing with the company. Mama's Cleaning Crew's standards and culture remain strong as we grow. About Mama's Cleaning Crew Mama's Cleaning Crew is a growing Orange County residential and commercial cleaning company built around hospitality, trust and meticulous service. Our culture is guided by our MAMAS values: Meticulous — Authentic — Mindful — Allegiant — Sincere We're serious about providing an exceptional experience for our clients, but we're equally serious about building a company where employees can learn, grow, feel valued and take pride in the work they do.
