THIS IS A SUBSTITUTE POSITION NEEDED AT LEAST ONE DAY PER WEEK.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, implementation, evaluation, and delivery of youth development programs under the supervision of the Site Coordinator and Club Director. Develop meaningful relationships with youth in an after-school and summer program setting. Engage with children, ensuring their safety, participation, and enjoyment in activities. Supervise and interact with children (K-6th grade) during after-school hours. Perform other duties as assigned to support program goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
Minimum of one year of experience working with children . Must be willing to work at least 5 hours per week (one day per week, 1:30p-5/6pm or 11:30am-5/6pm Should be available year round (summer and full school year) Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children in a positive and effective manner. Ability to move up to 25 pounds, bend, & move about the classroom & playground for long periods to ensure child safety. Must be able to be stationary for long periods. Some college coursework preferred.
