Medville Products & Distribution is seeking a Telemarketer / Lead Development Specialist to contact web leads, referrals, and healthcare providers to qualify opportunities and generate new business. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, lead follow-up, and converting inquiries into active accounts.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to web leads, referrals, and healthcare providers Respond to inbound inquiries from website and marketing campaigns Qualify leads and identify decision-makers and needs Convert leads into opportunities and new accounts Follow up on warm leads and prior contacts Maintain accurate CRM records Build initial relationships with healthcare providers Meet daily and weekly call and conversion goals

Qualifications:

1+ year of telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling Organized and detail-oriented (CRM experience a plus) Self-motivated and results-driven Healthcare or medical supply experience is a plus
