Pay Range:
$28-35/hr + Benefits What's the Job? Coordinate the planning and execution of internal and external study sessions based on protocols and operating procedures provided by full-time staff. Prepare devices and materials, support session setup and teardown, and ensure consistent, repeatable execution with minimal operator-induced variance. Drive study readiness by coordinating internal/external approvals, maintaining documentation, and tracking status and timelines to prevent schedule slips. Set up and maintain study equipment and prototypes, perform pre-session checks, and coordinate troubleshooting or repairs with technical owners to minimize downtime. Manage participant scheduling, handle cancellations/reschedules, send reminders, and optimize lab and calendar utilization for efficient session flow. What's Needed? Experience coordinating human-subject sessions, including scheduling, participant flow, and adherence to protocols. Comfortable handling prototypes and lab equipment for session setup, basic verification checks, and troubleshooting. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple schedules and dependencies effectively. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with participants and cross-functional teams. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently and adapt quickly while maintaining protocol fidelity. What's in it for me?
