This is a customer-facing sales and operations position involving pawn loans, retail jewelry sales, merchandise evaluation, and basic electronics testing. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows established procedures, and can work independently without constant supervision. Previous pawn experience is not required. We provide paid training in jewelry evaluation, electronics testing, loan procedures, and our store systems.

Responsibilities Assist customers with retail sales, pawn loans, purchases, and other store services. Actively recommend merchandise to drive sales volume and earn incentive pay. Perform basic functional testing, troubleshooting, and evaluations on customer electronics with full training provided. Process cash, sales, and loan transactions accurately with high attention to detail. Maintain store organization, organize merchandise, and assist with online marketplace listings like eBay, OfferUp, and Facebook Marketplace. Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and store procedures.

Qualifications Language:

Professional fluency in Tagalog and English is required to communicate effectively with our English- and Tagalog-speaking customers.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of professional customer service, retail, or sales experience. No prior pawn or loan industry experience required.

Requirements:

Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check after a conditional offer of employment, in accordance with applicable law.

Availability:

Full-time availability, including weekends.

What We Offer Pay Range:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
