- RCFE license required This position will require travel throughout California.
Travel Requirements :
Up to 95%+ Travel Required. Travel to assigned Communities based on need and priority. Travel assignments may be for extended periods of time and may frequently change; flexibility and availability are required. The Regional Operations Specialis t is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management and direction of the day-to-day functions of an assigned Community in accordance with policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy; achieving and maintaining budgetary compliance; professionally representing the Company and creating a supportive and enjoyable experience for residents and team members.Salary range:
$165,000- $175,000
