Credence has an immediate need for a Space Training Manager, SME responsible for the development of new training materials, modifications to existing training materials, maintenance of Ready Space crew Program-defined course materials and will also perform platform instructional duties. The position is located under the Space Delta-5 (Del-5) Organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to ... Create training products used for Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Supplemental Training (ST), Continuous Training (CT), and Advanced Training (AT) for the Space Delta-5 (DEL-5) mission Support development of new training products, modification to existing products, and maintenance of Ready Spacecrew Program-defined course objectives, lesson plans, and teaching aids Support the execution of the Advanced Training program Identify and recommend additional training product improvements and modifications Support scenario-based and threat representative training, and assist with instruction of lessons and/or scenarios as needed Plan, coordinate, and participate in mission activities to identify training needs/deficiencies Participate in exercises and the lessons learned (LL) activities to identify training opportunities Gain and maintain insight for training opportunities through awareness of exercise coordination activities, evaluation tests and scripts, simulation scenarios, and other on-going instruction Review and assess documented deficiencies, lessons learned, after action reports, and any other associated documentation in order to resolve training deficiencies Design, collect, analyze, and/or report training performance metrics as needed
