Sigmatech is seeking highly motivated systems training experts to support the integration of new and emerging space control capabilities into operations. This position provides training and instructional advisory and assistance to Combat Forces Command's Space Control Division. The primary function of this work is to support Training Planning Team (TPT) deliverables for both Orbital and Electromagnetic Warfare weapon systems. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for: TPT Facilitation, organization, and action item tracking The execution of Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) The development of System Training Plans and Training Requirements generation Facilitation of Requirements Management Corporate Process inputs to STARCOM Supporting Realistic Training Review Boards Developing and Updating Force Generation Elements for existing, new, and emerging Space Control capabilities Participating in Training and Readiness Summits Coordinating Training Annexes to Operational Acceptance Plans In addition to the list of requirements above, this contracted position will be the lead expert for all Division Training activities and tasks.
Experience and Skills:
10+ years in Space Operations with 5+ years DoW operational training experience Bachelors Degree in related field, Masters preferred. Certifications and experience will be considered in lieu of degrees 3+ years working in a DoW Headquarters environment Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and associated training guidance (e.g.
DAFGM 2024-13-602V1
) Previous Special Access Program experience is preferred Exceptional speaking and writing skills Highly proficient Microsoft's Suite of software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
