Job Description
Responsibilities Peraton is delivering the next generation of mission‑critical command‑and‑control and enterprise software capabilities supporting the U.S. Government's space communications infrastructure. Our team ensures these systems remain secure, resilient, and modern to meet evolving mission needs for the decade ahead. As a Technical Trainer you will serve as a liaison among external stakeholders with diverse perspectives and the internal stakeholders of the project including the development and training teams. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering teams to maintain compliance, strengthen system defenses, and advance mission assurance. As part of the team, you will support an exciting program which involves design, development, test, and deployment of an exciting and complex system in an Agile construct to contribute to mission success for a variety of stakeholders. What you'll do: Provides subject matter and Program expertise in support of the operator stakeholders at their work locations to answer questions, assist with development of operating procedures, and provide proficiency and on-the-job training. Provides operator perspectives and SME to other areas of the project including the development and training teams to ensure that operator and operational needs are understood. Provides support for exercises involving the use of Program by supporting operator use of Program tools during the exercise and coordination and troubleshooting as needed among all stakeholders including operator, operational support, and development teams to achieve the exercise goals.
