TRAINING COORDINATOR
The training coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering courses. This role will develop reports to assess training needs and results. Training may take place in classroom setting or on project location, as needed. This role is based in Dacono

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Coordinate and Schedule client specific trainings. New Hire Orientation Coordination and Presentations Assist with Company required Annual Refresher trainings Assign Defensive Driving and Drug/Alcohol Awareness 1st Aid/CPR - AED Trainings Assist with required annual OSHA trainings
NFPA-70E
training for ARC Flash and LOTOTO awareness Competent Person Training for Excavation and Confined Space Assist with Equipment Skills training: Excavation, Forklift, and Aerial Lifts Maintain training records and documentation. Comply with applicable safety and environmental policies and regulations. Scheule trainings at Lazy-Q ranch in La Grange, Texas. All other duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in providing classroom training & on the job training Strong English skills, both written and oral Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and presentation applications. Valid Driver's License Knowledge of DOT regulations Willing to travel The physical activity and work environment required for this role includes: Training may take place in classroom setting or on project location, as needed. Occasional travel as needed for site visits and business operations Occasional site visits in a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather Walking on uneven and variable terrain in a outdoor environment Sitting, standing, walking for extended periods in an office environment Frequently standing, walking, stooping, reaching, climbing, bending and reaching Manual dexterity for computer and office equipment Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check This role is accepting applications until filled.
