- Participate in workshops, mentoring programs, and professional development experiences designed to strengthen your business, technical, and leadership skills. What We're Looking For Educational Background
- Master's degree in economics, engineering, business administration, technical business administration, or a related field with strong academic performance. Relevant Experience
- Internship, co-op, or early professional experience in marketing, sales, service, business development, or related areas. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to approach challenges in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way while managing complex topics effectively. Initiative & Curiosity
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and take ownership of projects and development opportunities. Mobility & International Readiness
- Willingness to relocate and work internationally during the program. Participants will begin in the US before transitioning to TRUMPF Headquarters in Germany for a significant portion of the program. Visa Eligibility
- Ability to obtain a valid work visa for Germany is required.
