Hiring experienced team members to work one on one with clients within their personal homes. Candidates should possess at least one/two years of experience working with people recovering from one of the following; strokes, concussions, and or brain injury within community settings. Team members support clients with shopping, medical and therapeutic appointments, community entertainment etc. Team members support clients with : Safety Organization skills Medical and therapeutic rehab homework. Medication reminders Social entertainment Finding meaningful employment Money management Social skills and much more...

Required:
