full-time Summary of responsibilitiesAs an intern in our Training and Operations Support role, you will gain hands-on experience in the following areas:



Assist with training logistics: Help coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and support facilitators and participantsResource management: Learn to track and manage budgets, staff schedules, and equipment for training activitiesDocumentation and reporting: Maintain records and assist in creating reports on program progress and outcomesVendor management: Help analyze proposals, create comparison charts, and manage vendor communicationsEvaluation support: Assist in preparing evaluation criteria and compiling data for program assessmentThis internship provides a valuable opportunity to hone your skills in training administration, operations management, and vendor relations. You'll contribute to the seamless operation of our training programs while gaining hands-on experience in these key areas. RequiredOne year of experience in a related role, with demonstrated skills in organization, communication, and teamworkProficiency in technology, including Google and Microsoft products, and ability to adapt to various online collaboration platformsU.S. citizenship or Permanent Resident status, with fluency in EnglishAbility to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and exhibit a professional demeanor in all interactionsFlexibility to work outside core office hours when necessary
