Job Description
at State of Delaware in Dover, Delaware, United States Job Description The Delaware Department of Agriculture is currently seeking to hire a Training & Education Specialist II. This position supports agricultural training and leadership for youth and adults in Delaware. This is done through Delaware's premier agriculture leadership program, LEADelaware, by coordinating early-career fellows in a two-year leadership development-based curriculum. The incumbent aids program director and fellows by coordinating communications, providing logistical support, and facilitating the instruction of leadership principles. Additionally, this position will work with Dept of Education to oversee the DE FFA Association's operations from middle school through collegiate levels. In addition to managing the state officer team and supporting the state advisor, the incumbent will coordinate large scale events, workshops, group travel, and stakeholder engagement.
