Why Join Us | DuPont Careers We are seeking an experienced Training Technician to support training administration, compliance, and workforce readiness at our Newark-Pencader, DE site. In this role, you will coordinate site training programs, maintain accurate training records and learning systems, monitor completion status, and partner with subject matter experts and functional leaders to ensure training programs are effective, compliant, and audit ready.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and administer required site training to support employee competency, compliance, and operational readiness. Maintain training records, qualification matrices, and learning management systems with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity. Track training completion, generate reports and dashboards, and communicate status updates to support compliance and workforce planning. Partner with subject matter experts and functional leaders to develop, update, and deliver effective training materials, job aids, and learning resources. Identify training gaps, support corrective actions, and help maintain audit-ready documentation. Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, standardization, and training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3+ years of training experience in manufacturing, operations, or a related environment. Experience using learning management systems, such as iLearn. Experience maintaining training records and supporting compliance in a manufacturing or regulated environment. Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and follow-up skills.
