You will be in charge of following up on flight student leads, enrolling and vetting applications, tracking lead sources, success metrics, improving and building out the sales process, directing marketing efforts including changes and updates to all marketing materials, website etc., attending career fair events at local schools, creating a monthly newsletter, coordinating best practices for CRM. The ideal candidate must possess both aviation and sales knowledge. The duties below are to support sales, retention, and overall growth of the company. - FAA Flight School knowledge and experience is required
- Prior sales/enrollments experience required
- Customer focused; ability to work effectively with various teams throughout the company.
- Good organization skills; ability to manage multiple projects, activities, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills; ability to effectively present ideas, both verbally and visually.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiating sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making presentations, understanding business needs & closing sales
- Responsible for generating new business relationships while nurturing existing relationships
- Build out and improve sales methods and follow-ups in coordination with admin staff
- Supervise all marketing efforts including website, print materials, newsletters, email forms and coordinate third party efforts on same
- Meet or exceed monthly expectation targets within all sale strategies
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing our CRM to attain new business targeted growth
- Prospecting for new business, cold calling, business developing, and cross-selling to an existing customer base
- Maintain designated average of potential customer contacts per day
- Respond to potential customer inquiries within a designated time
- Performs additional duties as assigned
