Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Appointment Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with our services through engaging communication and efficient scheduling. Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to schedule appointments and provide exceptional customer service Utilize outbound calling techniques to follow up with potential clients and confirm appointments Maintain accurate client records through data entry and management using Microsoft Office tools and other software Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction Support client inquiries by providing clear information about services and processes in multiple languages if applicable Assist with cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security during transactions Collaborate with team members to analyze appointment trends and improve scheduling efficiency Experience Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel Excellent communication skills in English Experience with data entry, typing, and maintaining detailed records accurately Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is advantageous Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with customer service best practices, including call etiquette and client engagement strategies Embark on a career journey where your enthusiasm meets opportunity!
