Job Description

RCS Training, a subsidiary of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, is looking to fill a Contract Trainer opportunity in the Pensacola/Ft. Walton Beach area. RCS Training provides services and training related to alcohol beverage compliance, food safety, and human trafficking awareness just to name a few. Overview Contract Trainers carry out in-person on-site client service and training functions on behalf of RCS Training within an assigned geographic region. Training functions include hospitality service areas such as: alcohol beverage compliance training, food safety training, human trafficking awareness training, anti-harassment training, and food protection manager certification. Ideal candidates will have experience in alcohol sales and service, restaurant operations in both front and back of house, food safety, teaching and or training groups, sales, and strong administrative skills. Food Protection Manager certification a plus.
