Technical Support:

◦ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students, including hardware, software, and network issues. ◦ Set up and maintain computer labs, classroom technology, and other tech-related resources. ◦ Manage the inventory of hardware, software, and digital resources, ensuring everything is up-to-date and functional.

Training and Professional Development:

◦ Design and deliver training programs for teachers and staff on effective technology integration and digital literacy. ◦ Stay updated on the latest educational technology trends and tools, and recommend new technologies to enhance teaching and learning. ◦ Support teachers in incorporating technology into their lessons and curriculum to improve student outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

◦ Collaborate with teachers to identify technology needs and support curriculum development. ◦ Serve as the primary point of contact for technology vendors and service providers. What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with the Google Classroom platform and Apple technologies/software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technology concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience in training and professional development for educators, as well as familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational software platforms (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and tools that support diverse learning needs (preferred).
