- Product Trainer or Principal Product Trainer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Melbourne, FL for the Product Support Group. Operating on our 9/80 schedule meaning you will get every other Friday off. The position has no opportunity for remote or telework.
- This position may be filled by either a Product Trainer (Level 2) or a Principal Product Trainer (Level 3) based on the qualifications listed.
- A successful candidate needs to be experienced as a Refuel/Bomber Aircraft Maintenance Specialty (2A5X4) Crew Chief.
Essential Functions:
Develop training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation material for general aircraft systems, subsystems, components, and associated test equipment Support the development of criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and maintain updated technical information. Provide input to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date Demonstrate and use effective training analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills Develop instruction materials- self-paced guides, case studies, job aids, evaluations; scenario-based course outlines Develop training materials
- classroom materials, instructor guides, student manuals, workbooks, related materials; curricula to support program implementation across target audiences Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify specific training needs and develop solutions for satisfying unique skills-based training requirements Create and analyze assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness and instructional improvement opportunities•e.
- LCMS and LMS Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Working knowledge of customer compliance documents, government instructions and government standards
Primary Level Salary Range:
$59,600.00- $89,400.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$73,900.00- $110,900.
