Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for an L&D Training Analyst to develop and implement standardized job skills and systems training programs. Designs and updates web-based and print training materials, evaluates system specifications, and builds business cases for new training programs. Works closely with subject matter experts, information management teams, and administrators to enhance training structures, user experience, and knowledge base taxonomy. Ensures effective training delivery and adoption across the organization

• Assist in developing and updating training content and materials.
• Support the creation of web-based and print training resources.
• Conduct knowledge base updates and tagging for content organization.
• Participate in system evaluations to improve training effectiveness.
• Attend meetings and support training documentation efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• 1+ years of experience in designing and updates web-based and print training materials / applicable experience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Information Science, Graphic Design, or a related field

Hourly Pay:

23-25/hour
